At HomeIQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care products (e.g., hair tools, skincare devices, brushes)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
We will:
- Offer a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us for further assistance
